The brand-new Los Cosmos opened its doors in the centre of Leiden in August. Both the menu and the interior have been carefully considered; the concept has been set up with an eye for detail, which is visible in the dishes as well as the design of the restaurant. The slogan of the restaurant, Fresco y Sabroso, means fresh and tasty and that shines through everywhere. The carefully composed menu features delicious dishes from all corners of Spain, from authentic Spanish bocadillos for lunch to small snacks such as octopus and Padrón peppers and specialties from the grill. The range of wines, cocktails, mocktails and sangriás is impressive: the bartenders at Los Cosmos love to surprise their guests with special combinations.

A visit to Los Cosmos stimulates all your senses. From the smells and flavours to the intimate atmosphere in the restaurant: Spanish influences are clearly noticeable everywhere. From a boho Ibiza vibe with robust terracotta walls and rattan chairs to traditional floor tiles and colourful cushions on the sofas: the round tables and atmospheric lighting create a cosy, intimate setting, perfect for enjoying with friends. The restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, where the playful details and the use of natural materials such as wood and rattan create a holiday vibe.

More than a tapas restaurant
The concept of Los Cosmos is innovative: this Spanish restaurant is the first of its kind in the Netherlands. From the interior to the menu, everything has been set up in collaboration with experts.
