The tulip was officially named during a sunny afternoon in the hotel’s stunning, flower-filled inner garden. The Lady Astoria, an elegant white tulip with pink-red flames, reflects the charm and sophistication of the hotel. As part of the annual Tulp Festival since 2015, the hotel supports the theme of this festival – ‘a tulip for every Amsterdammer’ – and the deep connection with the city and its rich heritage.
To celebrate the occasion, guests are invited to indulge in the Blooming Spring Tea: A beautiful and delicious high tea! This exclusive culinary experience is available until the end of June in the iconic Peacock Alley of the hotel.
